Although the apartment is situated slightly toward the eastern edge of Davos, you can easily reach the Davos-Dorf train station and the village center on foot (an approximately 8-minute walk). Alternatively, if you prefer a walk through nature, you can reach Lake Davos in about 15 minutes. The Parsenn funicular is also just a 10-minute walk away.

Whether it is spring, summer, autumn, or winter, you will feel right at home in this apartment—especially if you enjoy staying active. From this central starting point, you can easily access all of Davos’s key attractions: head north to Lake Davos (which features a lido and water park in the summer) or south toward the golf course and the Jakobshorn mountain. To the west, the Adventure Park is just 800 meters away. You can also step right out your front door and into a beautiful hiking area, leading toward one of the valleys that branch off from Davos-Dorf (such as the Dischma Valley). In winter, one of Davos’s many spectacular cross-country skiing trails runs right past the property, allowing for convenient access—an ideal setup for cross-country skiers.

Heading east, you will find the village center and the Parsenn mountain lifts—the quickest route to the latter is via the Bünda parking area—both located about 650 meters away. Further toward the center, in the direction of Davos Platz, you will find the ice sports center, as well as an indoor swimming pool and wellness facility. Of course, all these destinations are also easily accessible by bus; a stop is located just a short walk from your front door (for example, on Flüelastrasse, about 4 minutes away). All this is for those times when you might prefer not to use your car (a dedicated, private underground parking space is included).

The apartment is located in a very modern residential complex, built around the year 2000. While the exterior reflects contemporary Davos architecture, the interior strikes a perfect balance between modern amenities and the distinctive, cozy charm typical of the Grisons region. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped: the full kitchen features a dishwasher and a stylish Nespresso “Maestro” coffee machine, among other essentials.
