The apartment is located in the southern part of Davos-Dorf, in the Bünda area—approximately 800 meters from Lake Davos. The Parsenn funicular is within walking distance.

The apartment features a separate kitchen that flows seamlessly into the spacious living/dining room. Naturally, there is also a large fireplace in the living room. Throughout the space, you will find comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing.
Bedroom and bathroom
The apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. The large bedroom contains two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
Balcony and conservatory
From the conservatory and balcony, you have a view of the Bünda meadow, facing south-east. In winter, this is a popular slope for skiing and sledding, and it also serves as the finish area during the Cross-Country Skiing World Championships.
